Independently appoints the Governors of the Government of the Republic of Vestina;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Article 8 shall be set forth in the following wording:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab<strong>Article 8. Interaction between the President of the Republic of Vestina and the Judiciary The President of the Republic of Vestina:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Judges of lower arbitral courts, including the appellate and cassation courts, shall be appointed by Decree of the President upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Justiarum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. The Chairpersons of the arbitral courts shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Justiarum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. The Chairman of the Justiarum shall be appointed by Decree of the President with the consent of the Garacium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Article 9 shall be excluded from the Constitutional Law.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Article 10 of the Constitutional Law shall be set forth in the following wording:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 10. Interaction between the President of the Republic of Vestina and the Central<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Election Commission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">President of the Republic of Vestina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Appoints the Chairperson and three members of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Vestina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Approves the Regulations on the Central Election Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">3. Receives reports from the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission on the progress of preparations for the scheduled national referendum, elections of Members of Parliament, presidential elections, and on the results of the referendum and elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">2. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Vestina \u201cOn Legal Acts,\u201d this Decree shall be published in the Civil Participation Information System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The decree enters into force upon signature.<\/strong><br><strong>President of the Digital State of the Republic of
