ON THE RATIFICATION OF THE CONVENTION ON DIGITAL WELL-BEING

For the purpose of strengthening the legal foundations for the protection of digital rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens, ensuring a safe, ethical, and sustainable digital environment, as well as reaffirming the commitment of the Republic of Vestina to international standards in the field of digital development,

I DECREE:

1. To ratify the Convention on Digital Well-Being, signed on behalf of the Republic of Vestina in accordance with the установленной procedure.
2. To recognize the Convention on Digital Well-Being as part of the legal system of the Republic of Vestina and to ensure its application in accordance with the Constitution and the legislation of the Republic of Vestina.
3. To instruct the Governorate of Justice of the Republic of Vestina to ensure the official publication of the text of the Convention on Digital Well-Being and of this Decree in the Public Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Vestina.
4. To instruct the Governorate of Digital Development, within its competence, to take measures to implement the provisions of the Convention on Digital Well-Being, including the development of regulatory legal acts and programs in the field of digital security and the protection of the rights of users of digital technologies.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
