The state bodies of Vestina operate exclusively on the principles of voluntary service.
All employees of government bodies — from ministries to administrative units — work on a volunteer basis.
Имеющееся финансирование направлено на обеспечение стабильной работы цифровых систем, их кибербезопасности и планомерного совершенствования. Финансирование осуществляется за счёт личных средств Президента.
Government institutions do not pursue commercial profit and do not view citizens as a source of income.
