Decree of the President of the Republic of Vestina No. 31

On the Establishment of the Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Legality

In order to ensure national digital security, protect the rights and freedoms of citizens in the information space, and effectively implement the Cyber Law Code of the Republic of Vestina, I hereby decree:

I DECREE:

1. To establish The Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Legality of the Republic of Vestina.
2. Пункт 2 исключён Указом Президента Республики Вестина № 55 от 26.03.2026 г.

3. The Governorate of Justice shall prepare and approve the Regulations on the Department.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
