The President of the Republic of Vestina is a symbol and guarantor of the unity of the people and state authority, the inviolability of the Constitution, and the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens;
The President ensures the coordinated functioning of all branches of government and accountability;
The President has the right to act on behalf of the people and the state;
The President, along with his honor and dignity, is inviolable. Any encroachment on the honor and dignity of the President is punishable by law.
The President is elected for a term of 5 years.
The President of the Republic of Vestina issues Decrees and Orders.
The President has the right to call elections and referendums.
A citizen of the Republic of Vestina who is at least 35 years old, holds a higher education degree, and is fluent in the state language may be elected President of the Republic of Vestina.
