What exactly is a Vestina?

You have entered the official website of the Republic of Vestina, a fully digital state that has been online since 2021.

We have a Constitution, laws, government agencies, a president, citizens from all over the world, and our own culture. It's like a real country, but without a physical territory. Our territory is the internet.

This is a serious project. Vestina is not a game or a role-playing club. Real laws are passed here, real elections are held, and courts and government agencies operate.

Vestina is an experiment: can a state exist without territory? Our answer is yes. And we've been proving it for five years.

Vestina is a space where you can build a state from the ground up: propose laws, run in elections, hold government office, and influence key decisions.

For many, it’s an opportunity to turn an interest in law, politics, and management into reality—moving beyond theory and into practice. For others, it’s simply an engaging community of like-minded people from all over the world

Citizens of Vestina are people from all over the world, united by an interest in law, digital governance, and the concept of a new type of state. They include lawyers, students, activists, artists, and simply curious minds.
