ON THE REORGANIZATION OF THE GOVERNORSHIP OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

In order to optimize the structure of government bodies, eliminate duplication of functions, and establish a unified policy in the field of digital transformation,

I DECREE:

1. To reorganize the Governorship of Communications and Information by its abolition.
2. To transfer the functions and powers of the abolished Governorship of Communications and Information to the jurisdiction of the Governorship of Digital Development..
3. To establish that the Governorship of Digital Development is the legal successor to the obligations of the abolished Governorship of Communications and Information.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
