Decree of the President of the Republic of Vestina No. 62

ON THE REFORM OF THE STATE BODIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTIN

For the purpose of modernizing the state institutions of the Republic of Vestina in the field of legal protection and digital legality,

I DECREE:

1. To reorganize the Anti-Corruption Service of the Republic of Vestina. To transfer the functions of preventing and investigating corruption offenses to the jurisdiction of the Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Legality.
2. The Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Legality of the Republic of Vestina shall commence operations on May 17, 2026.
3. To appoint Shanasov Timur Khamitovich as the Head of the Department.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
