Decree of the President of the Republic of Vestina No. 40

ON MEASURES TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND EFFICIENCY IN THE ACTIVITIES OF STATE BODIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

In order to improve the functioning of the system of state bodies and to ensure transparency and access to their activities,

I DECREE:

1. All state bodies, regardless of their subordination or field of activity, are required to publish monthly official comments on the main areas of activity and ongoing reforms in the newspaper “Sovereign Vestina.”
2. All state bodies are required to publish the legal acts they issue on the official website for public access (except for legal acts classified as “secret” or “for official use only”).

The decree enters into force upon signature.
