Telegram to the Head of Elnäthar

The President of the Republic of Vestina has sent a diplomatic telegram to the Head of Elnthar.

Elnthar is a small constitutional monarchy located in the Pyrenees, between Catalonia and Andorra. It was founded on the idea that even a small state can make a positive difference — especially when it comes to protecting the environment and promoting a balanced way of life.
