Vestina has presented its first cookbook of traditional recipes, “Aromas of Vestina: The Culinary Heritage of Vestina.”

The Republic of Vestina has taken an important step in preserving and promoting its gastronomic heritage — the first official cookbook dedicated to the country’s traditional recipes has been released.

Heritage of Flavors and Traditions

The book brings together the most significant dishes that have shaped the unique identity of Vestina’s cuisine. It features both iconic recipes — from the aromatic grelan flatbreads to festive baked fish dishes — as well as forgotten regional variations of simple rustic treats.
