Dear citizens and friends of the Republic of Vestina!
We have entered the year 2026 — a special and fateful year for our country. This year, the Republic of Vestina celebrates its first major anniversary: 5 years since its founding. We have lived through a period of formation, search, mistakes, and victories. Now a new stage begins — the stage of maturity, structural development, and confident progress forward.
Today I would like to present the main directions that will become the foundation of Vestina’s development in 2026.
GOAL 1. STATE DEVELOPMENT AND INSTITUTIONS
The year 2026 will be marked by the establishment of the National Archival Service of the Republic of Vestina.
This step is necessary to ensure the preservation and systematization of the storage of the most important state and historical documents.
At present, the Governorate of Digital Development has been tasked with initiating the creation of the legal and technological framework for the establishment of the National Archive. It will, without doubt, be formed in a digital environment. Access to archival materials will be public in certain areas.
GOAL 2. RENEWAL OF THE NATIONAL CALENDAR
For the first time, the National Calendar of Vestina was adopted in 2024. It made it possible to include the dates of state and national holidays of Vestina and was later enriched with important international dates to which Vestina paid significant attention. In the current year, it is planned to expand the list of dates by adding new significant events of international and local importance. The calendar is planned to be supplemented and approved by the end of January of the current year.
GOAL 3. EXPANSION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE STAFF
With the development of state institutions and the growth of the functions and responsibilities of the state, the need to expand the number of specialists in various fields has increased significantly. Thus, the Department for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Vestina has planned an expansion of vacant positions for the current year in order to ensure the staffing of the state service.
In particular, according to the reporting for 2025, Vestina is in acute need of specialists in the legal field to work in the parliament, the judicial system, and government agencies.
GOAL 4. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS IN VESTINA
2026 marks 5 years of the Republic of Vestina. At the same time, according to the Constitution of the Republic of Vestina and the Constitutional Law “On the President,” the term of office of the Head of State is 5 years. This means that the term of my presidential powers expires already this year. The year 2026 will become a milestone, marking the holding of open elections of the President of the Republic of Vestina. The relevant Decree will be signed in the near future, and the tentative date is set for the end of January – the beginning of February. I am confident that the competition will be quite intense, considering how much our civil society has expanded over these years.
GOAL 5. EXPANSION OF CIVIL SOCIETY
Citizens, society are the foundation of any state, without which it
, in principle, has no right to exist. That is precisely why the expansion of civil society and the increase in the number of active citizens is a постоянная цель of Vestina. This year, with the aim of attracting new citizens to our large family, a large-scale information campaign will be launched.
GOAL 6. EXPANSION OF INTERNATIONAL AND DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS
The year 2025 showed good results in the work of the Republic of Vestina in international diplomacy. We held successful negotiations with a number of states and even concluded several agreements on the establishment of diplomatic relations. The year 2026 will not be an exception; on the contrary, the Republic of Vestina will strengthen its work in this direction.
Dear compatriots!
Of course, what I have set out cannot be an exhaustive list of the goals and tasks that Vestina sets for itself and intends to accomplish in the new year. However, they are key. I call upon you, every citizen, to demonstrate genuine civic engagement and help us in the implementation and realization of all these goals. Only with your help will we be able to quickly and effectively reach any heights.
