The Governorate of Justice has submitted the Code on the Fundamentals of Digital Judicial Proceedings for public consultation.

The Republic of Vestina has launched a public consultation on the draft Code "On the Fundamentals of Digital Judicial Proceedings."The draft is intended to establish a modern legal framework for the administration of digital justice and sets out the fundamental principles, identifies the participants, and defines the procedures governing the consideration of judicial cases within a digital environment.

The draft Code has been developed as a concise foundational legislative act establishing a unified framework for digital judicial proceedings. It sets out the procedures for the adjudication of cases by courts of first instance, appellate and cassation courts, as well as the adoption and enforcement of judicial decisions.

До Until 16 July, inclusive, citizens of the Republic of Vestina may review the draft Code, participate in the public consultation, submit proposals and comments, and vote in support of the document.

All proposals and comments received during the public consultation will be carefully considered in the preparation of the final version of the draft Code before its submission for consideration in accordance with the established legislative procedure.
