The President of Vestina sent a government telegram addressed to His Serene Highness the Reigning Prince of Liechtenstein, Alois (Alois von und zu Liechtenstein).
In the official message, the Head of State, on behalf of the people of Vestina, expressed deep respect for the centuries-old history, institutions, and high level of socio-economic development of the Principality of Liechtenstein, and put forward an initiative to establish partnership relations.
