Working Meeting with the Head of the Department of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Vestina

The President of the Republic of Vestina, Yevgeny Alekseyevich K., held a working meeting with Artem Vernald, Head of the Department of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Vestina..

During the meeting, the participants discussed the development of a modern civil service system, the improvement of the legal framework governing public service relations, and measures to enhance the transparency of public authorities.

The Head of the Department briefed the President on the current progress of activities in the field of the civil service. Particular attention was given to the development of the Standard Employment Contract for Civil Servants of the Republic of Vestina, which is intended to establish uniform standards for public service and to define the fundamental rights, duties, and guarantees of civil servants.

A separate topic of discussion was the enhancement of the Department's transparency. The President endorsed the initiative to ensure the mandatory public disclosure of the Department's orders that do not contain information of restricted access, in furtherance of the principles of transparent public administration enshrined in the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina "On Democracy and Public Administration in the Republic of Vestina."

Following the meeting, the President instructed the Department to continue developing a modern, professional, and transparent civil service system, ensure the timely adoption of the necessary regulatory legal acts, and organize their official publication to provide free access for citizens and public authorities.

The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of the Republic of Vestina's commitment to the principles of the rule of law, professionalism, transparency, and effective public administration, which constitute the foundation for the continued development of the State's institutions.
