Decree of the President of the Republic of Vestina No.71

ON THE ENACTMENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA “ON ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUM”

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Vestina “On Legal Acts”, Article 13 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina “On the President”, and on the basis of Resolution No. 10-2026 of the Garacium of the Republic of Vestina dated September 24, 2026,

I DECREE:

  1. Enact the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina “On Elections and Referendum”.
  2. The Governorate of Justice shall ensure the timely publication of the official text of the adopted Constitutional Law in the Public Register of Legal Acts.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
