The President of the Republic of Vestina, Evgeniy Alekseevich Kogtev, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Kingdom of Elnäthar on the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two states, celebrated on 6 October.
In his message, the Head of State emphasized the importance of mutual understanding, mutual respect, and trust in the development of bilateral relations, and expressed confidence in the further strengthening of friendly ties and constructive cooperation.
The President of the Republic of Vestina wished His Majesty well-being and success in his state duties, and the Kingdom of Elnäthar prosperity, stability, and continued development.
