Decree of the President of the Republic of Vestina No. 43

ON THE INTRODUCTION OF A MANDATORY QR CODE ON THE DECREES OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

In order to enhance transparency, authenticity, and ease of verification of official documents, as well as to develop digital document management in the Republic of Vestina,

I DECREE:

1. All official Decrees of the President of the Republic of Vestina shall include a mandatory unique QR code.
2. The QR code must contain a link to the electronic version of the Decree, published on the official website vestina.blog.
3. Decrees issued without a QR code after the entry into force of this Decree shall be considered invalid until properly formatted.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
