Today, the Republic of Vestina and the Kingdom of Norvendria have officially signed an Agreement on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations, completing the negotiation phase and affirming their mutual commitment to developing long-term international cooperation.
The signed Agreement affirms the mutual recognition of independence and sovereigntyestablishes the principles of interaction between the states, and opens opportunities for partnership in the fields of digital technologies, education, science, culture, and information security.
The document provides for the establishment of mechanisms for diplomatic interaction in digital format, the exchange of official representatives, as well as the development of joint initiatives aimed at strengthening stability and promoting innovative forms of international cooperation.
"Signing the Agreement with the Kingdom of Norvendria is an important step toward establishing open and responsible digital diplomacy. Vestina is ready for constructive partnership based on respect, equality, and the pursuit of shared progress," stated the Governorate of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Vestina.
The Agreement enters into force upon signing and will serve as the foundation for further deepening cooperation between the two states.
For reference: Norvendria, officially known as the Kingdom of Norvendria, is a unique microstate existing both in virtual and physical spaces.
