ON RECOGNIZING AS INVALID THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA
“ON DIGITAL PROPERTY” NO LONGER IN FORCE

For the purpose of updating the legislation of the Republic of Vestina in the field of regulation of digital assets, improving the legal system, and bringing normative legal acts into conformity with modern principles of digital development,

I DECREE:

1. To declare the Law of the Republic of Vestina “On Digital Property” dated 19 November 2024 as no longer in force;
2. To establish that the Law shall cease to be in force in connection with the adoption of a new Law on Digital Property by the Republic of Vestina

The decree enters into force upon signature.
