On behalf of the Republic of Vestina and on my own behalf, I extend to you my sincere congratulations on the anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our states — March 1, 2022.

Over the past period, cooperation between the Republic of Vestina and the Republic of Victorio has become an important factor in strengthening mutual understanding, developing dialogue, and implementing joint initiatives. I am confident that our friendly relations will continue to develop consistently on the basis of mutual respect, equality, and partnership.
