Republic of Vestina has officially ratified the Convention on Digital Well-Beingreaffirming its commitment to the principles of protecting digital human rights, promoting the sustainable development of the digital environment, and ensuring the responsible use of digital technologies.

The corresponding Decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Vestina and entered into force in accordance with the established procedure. Ratification of the Convention signifies the incorporation of its provisions into the national legal system and the commencement of the practical implementation of international standards in the field of digital well-being.

Alongside the Republic of Vestina, the Convention has also been ratified by the Republic of Victorio and Bonkot Federationdemonstrating the formation of an international consensus on issues of digital security, digital health, and the protection of users’ rights in the digital environment.

Since its entry into force, the Convention has begun its international application. At the same time, the document remains open for signature and ratification by other statesthat share the goals and values of sustainable and humane digital development.

In the Republic of Vestina, the implementation of the Convention will be carried out through the adoption of regulatory legal acts, state programs, and interagency initiatives in the areas of digital development, social policy, and human rights protection.
