ON AMENDMENTS TO DECREE NO. 31 OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

For the purpose of improving the legal system of the Republic of Vestina, as well as streamlining the functioning of certain state bodies,

I DECREE:

1. The following amendments shall be made to Decree No. 31 of the President of the Republic of Vestina dated May 29, 2025, “On the Establishment of the Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Legality”:

—     Delete paragraph 2: “2. The Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Legality shall commence its operations from the date of entry into force of the Cyberlegal Code.”

The decree enters into force upon signature.
