ON THE APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES TO THE JUSTIARUM OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

For the purpose of forming the judicial system and ensuring the full functioning and administration of justice, in accordance with Article 5 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina 'On the Judicial System,

I DECREE:

1. To appoint the following citizens, who have successfully passed the certification process, as judges of the Justiarum of the Republic of Vestina:

As Judges of the Supreme Arbitrum
- Nazar Krechinsky – Chairman of the Justiarum and the Supreme Arbitrum
- Leonhard von Walden — Constitutional Judge;
- Mikhail Gradsky — Administrative Judge
-Sophia Aster — Civil Judge;
Anna-Maria Tvardovskaya — International Law Judge;

As Judges of the Constitutional Arbitrum of the Justiarum:
- Erwin Cassius Martal;
- Selena Dombrovskaya;
- Thorvald Junius.

"As Judges of the Arbitrum for Administrative Affairs and Administrative Offenses:
- Arseniy Gromov;
- Erik von Stoltz;
- Eliana Sartori.

"As Judges of the Arbitrum for International Affairs:
- Hiroshi Takahashi;
- Beatrice Solberg;
- Alister Mackenzie.

As Judges of the Appellate Arbitrum:
- Philippe de Clermont;
- Elizabeth Varg;
- Valeriy Sabvin.

As Judges of the Cassation Arbitrum:
- Grigoriy Obolensky
- Marcus Thorne;
- Elena Miroslavskaya.

2. The appointed judges shall commence their duties upon the order of the Chairman of the Justiarum.
3. The Chairman of the Justiarum shall appoint the chairpersons of the Arbitrums within 5 days, in accordance with Article 5 of the Constitutional Law 'On the Judicial System'.
4. Ensure the publication of information regarding the composition of the judicial corps on official resources.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
