Executive Order of the President of the Republic of Vestina No. 8

ON ENSURING THE TRANSPARENCY OF REGULATORY LEGAL ACTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL SERVICE AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

Pursuant to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina "On Democracy and Public Administration in the Republic of Vestina", and guided by the principles of transparency in the activities of public authorities, accessibility of legal information, and ensuring the right of citizens to obtain official information,

I ORDER:

1. It is hereby established that the regulatory legal acts of the Department of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Vestina which do not contain information classified as state secrets, official information of limited distribution (For Official Use Only), or other information with restricted access shall be subject to mandatory official publication in the public domain.
2. The Head of the Department of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Vestina shall ensure that the aforementioned orders are published on the official website of the Republic of Vestina no later than three calendar days from the date of their signing, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Vestina.
3. Responsibility for overseeing the implementation of this Executive Order shall be assigned to the Chief of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Vestina.
