Decree No. 66 of the President of the Republic of Vestina

ON THE ENACTMENT OF THE CONCEPT FOR THE DIGITAL STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA FOR 2026–203

Pursuant to Resolution No. 4-2026 of the Government of the Republic of Vestina dated September 1, 2026,

I DECREE:

1. To enact the Concept for the Digital State for 2026–2031.
2. The Governorate for Digital Development and all relevant government agencies shall commence the implementation of the tasks and objectives set forth under the Concept.
3. The Government of the Republic shall publish the text of the Concept on http://www.vestina.blog for public access and enter it into the Public Register of Legal Acts.

The decree enters into force upon signature.
