The Draft Constitutional Law on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Vestina Has Been Published for a Digital Referendum

The Constitutional Arbitrium found that the draft Constitutional Law of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina, entitled “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina,” in its final version as submitted by the applicant, complies with Chapter I and Articles 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina.

The Constitutional Arbitrium further found that the draft does not restrict or diminish the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens.
