Decree of the President of the Republic of Vestina No. 72

ON CALLING A DIGITAL REFERENDUM ON THE DRAFT CONSTITUTIONAL LAW “ON AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE DIGITAL STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA” РЕСПУБЛИКИ ВЕСТИНА»

In accordance with Article 15 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina “On Elections and Referendums” and paragraph 8 of Article 11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina “On the President,”

I DECREE:

1. To hold a digital referendum on 25 October 2026 to consider the draft Constitutional Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina.”
2. To submit the draft Constitutional Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina” to a digital referendum with the following question: “Do you approve this draft Constitutional Law?”
3. The Central Election Committee shall ensure that the organizational measures necessary for conducting the digital referendum are carried out in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Vestina “On Elections and Referendums.”

The decree enters into force upon signature.
