Directive of the President of the Republic of Vestina No. 11

ON THE PREPARATION OF AMENDMENTS TO CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE DIGITAL STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF VESTINA

In connection with the adoption of the Law of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina dated 25 October 2026 “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina”, for the purpose of implementing Article 3 of the said Law and Article 18 of the Constitution, and pursuant to paragraphs 7 and 8 of Article 10 of the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina,

I ORDER:

1. The Governorate of Justice of the Republic of Vestina shall, by 1 November 2026, conduct an analysis of the constitutional laws of the Republic of Vestina to ensure their compliance with the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina, as amended on 25 October 2026. Based on the results of this analysis, it shall prepare draft amendments and additions to the constitutional laws where necessary and submit them to Garacium for consideration.
2. If, during the analysis, other normative legal acts requiring alignment with the Constitution are identified, the relevant proposals shall be submitted to Garacium.
3. I shall retain control over the implementation of this Order.
4. This Order shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
