The Constitutional Arbitrium found that the draft Constitutional Law of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina, entitled “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina”

On 15 October 2026, at a session of Garacium, President of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina, E. A. Kogtev, announced an initiative to hold a nationwide referendum on the draft Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Digital State of the Republic of Vestina.”

At a meeting of the Government of the Republic of Vestina chaired by the President, Alyona Vlasenko was appointed Chief Governor of the Republic of Vestina. In connection with her appointment, she was relieved of her duties as Governor of Justice.
